• Manage relationships with account stakeholders and maintain competitive insights with assigned accounts. • Full revenue accountability • Partner with appropriate sales leadership for P&L awareness • Manage the planning of sales meetings and QBR presentations • Work with the customer to drive sales through targeted customer segments and strategic industry verticals while managing healthy product mix and in house share. • Lead all account activities including strategy, relationships, pipeline management, contract management/program management • Oversee the identification of new revenue streams, projects and products to drive growth • Oversee business development through customer's enterprise, mid-market, SMB and vertical channel strategies and also online presence. • Demand planning, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management support • Forecasting/Planning • Oversee the management of forecasting/ demand planning inputs with team • Manage customer's sell through reporting • Manage MDF funding buckets and negotiate MDF programs with assigned account(s) • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing/MDF • Responsible for inputs and P&L support • Oversee events planning with internal teams/channel marketing • Oversee the development of account or channel specific promotions • Manage investment/ROI expectations • Work with OPP to review effectiveness of promotional investments • Oversee development of awareness campaigns, reseller training and enablement • Oversee account specific training • Attend meetings, check-ins and provide updates as required • Partner with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

About the Job We are seeking a results-driven Global Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for cross-selling and up-selling within the EMEA region. The role will involve managing and building out relationships within existing Taulia enterprise customers, and accountability will extend to overall relationship returns, the cross-selling of new Taulia solutions, as well as expansion and uplevelling of executive relationships including securing the participation of customers executives at Taulia events.
