• Build across the full stack, from backend APIs to mobile and web frontend user interfaces to deliver end-to-end solutions based on user requirements and objectives by working on our NestJS (Node) backend written in Typescript in connection with out React Native (expo . io, also Typescript) frontend apps. • Plan, architect and implement new features in our backend. • Be a part of decisions about architecture and features of the apps. • Influence the development roadmap with the development team and be able to prioritize. • Implement, iterate and release features in a cross-functional team. • Be self-driven and come up with new ideas on how to improve our product. • Connect the dots on your own and be able to fill in the gaps as necessary. • Pay attention to detail when needed and break complex tasks into smaller chunks without losing sight of the bigger picture. • Don't accept quick and inaccurate solutions but find a good balance in software development (usability, maintainability, extensibility, usability, accuracy, reliability, etc.). • Extend and maintain our GraphQL API. • Integrating third-party services and APIs into our system. • Work with our product owners to deliver high-quality UI and UX. • Build reusable, scalable, and reliable software solutions. • Build the technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge and codebases.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on .NET and SQL applications. • Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning in alignment with CVS Health’s Heart At Work Behaviors™ and Values. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and psychological safety. • Own reliability, availability, and performance of critical on-premise applications, partnering closely with Operations. • Lead structured root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and recurring issues; ensure durable corrective and preventive actions are implemented. • Define and maintain application performance monitoring (APM) standards for .NET and SQL applications. • Collaborate with product, operations, and business partners to refine requirements, clarify priorities, and translate needs into actionable backlogs.

• Drive platform reliability and operational excellence by designing and implementing deployment pipelines, SLO frameworks, observability tooling, performance improvements, and AI-enabled incident response automation that help maintain Viaduct's 99.99% uptime target across Airbnb's critical API traffic. • Contribute to runtime resiliency initiatives including resource attribution, performance regression testing, and proactive monitoring to ensure the multi-tenant GraphQL platform scales efficiently and degrades gracefully under load. • Architect and deliver AI-powered operational tooling that accelerates incident triage, reduces mean-time-to-mitigation, and empowers both the Viaduct team and tenant engineers with self-service debugging capabilities. • Shape the future of Viaduct Modern by contributing to the next-generation architecture, improving developer experience for hundreds of engineers, and establishing patterns that will be shared with the open-source community.
