Systems Engineer
Marmon Holdings, Inc.
• Support and evolve the infrastructure and security landscape across the Marmon Plumbing & Refrigeration Group • Design, implement, and support Windows Server environments, both physical and virtual, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID • Architect and maintain hybrid cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure • Support VMware and vSphere virtualization platforms and enterprise storage solutions • Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement proactive improvements • Provide operational support for both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments • Develop and manage backup and recovery solutions using Veeam and Druva • Apply system hardening and security controls aligned with Zero Trust principles • Partner with security teams on vulnerability remediation and incident response using tools such as SentinelOne and Qualys • Support and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networking infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and VPN connectivity • Ensure secure integration between enterprise systems and industrial control systems while maintaining IT and OT network segregation • Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and standard operating procedures • Support compliance with Marmon IT-30 and other regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 plus years of experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud deployments
- Experience administering VMware and vSphere environments
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and VLANs
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security concepts and endpoint protection solutions
- Exposure to IT governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Ability to travel up to 20 percent to support Marmon Plumbing & Refrigeration Group companies
