Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in DevTools, DevOps, or engineering productivity roles. - Proven track record as a technical leader, providing direction and guidance in enterprise-scale engineering environments. - Extensive experience with software quality, CI/CD pipelines, SCM, build tools, and software development best practices. - Strong development skills in JavaScript, Node.js, or TypeScript within Linux or macOS environments. - Experience in distributed teams with high autonomy, capable of driving cross-team initiatives. - Familiarity with integrating AI into software development workflows, cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and secure software practices. - Exceptional problem-solving skills, collaboration, and the ability to influence technical decisions at scale.
