• Responsible for primary clinical support in assisting sales representatives. • Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation and maintenance of company products. • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites. • Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of the company’s products. • Provide case support, including Operating Room/Procedure support. • Serve as primary resource for clinical support including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.

• Own the full lifecycle of credentialing for physicians and advanced practice providers, including initial onboarding, primary source verification, re-credentialing, and ongoing monitoring • Verify education, training, licenses, board certifications, malpractice insurance, and work history with complete accuracy • Ensure all credentialing files meet NCQA, TJC, CMS, and payer-specific requirements • Prepare, submit, and track enrollment applications with commercial payers including BCBS, UHC, Aetna, and Cigna, as well as Medicare and Medicaid • Manage CAQH ProView including quarterly attestations and document maintenance • Process Medicare enrollments and updates through PECOS • Create structure in areas that currently have few or inconsistent processes • Organize credentialing inputs from multiple sources and turn them into clear workflows, trackers, and checklists • Track effective dates and panel statuses and communicate updates to internal stakeholders • Maintain accurate provider data across CAQH, PECOS, payer portals, and internal systems • Keep all credentialing records continuously audit-ready with complete and up-to-date documentation • Monitor expiring state licenses, DEA registrations, malpractice insurance, and board certifications

• You will build a patient panel with continuity of care. • Provide compassionate, patient-centered clinical care using our state-of-the-art telehealth platform, Weight Watchers Med+. • Review and discuss patient intake information and medical history through video and chat consultations to provide appropriate clinical guidance and treatment. • Maintain ongoing clinician-patient relationships through regular treatment evaluations and progress check-ins. • Educate patients on scientific principles of obesity, potential treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments.

• Identify, develop and maintain valued and productive scientific relationships with key external stakeholders including KOLs, HCPs, payors, academic and healthcare institutions, and advocacy groups • Act as a key scientific resource to communicate up-to-date medical, clinical, and scientific information about Xenon’s neurology and epilepsy products and pipeline • Advance Xenon’s scientific platform and medical information in alignment with corporate and medical objectives • Engage in projects and/or initiatives aligned to medical strategies and objectives; adapt plans and tactics for the assigned territory • Identify and report timely and relevant scientific/clinical insights, trends, opportunities, and threats for targeted products • Collaborate with internal clinical development teams to enhance patient enrollment in Xenon-sponsored clinical trials • Respond to and document unsolicited requests for scientific information • Lead assigned national and/or regional congress activities in accordance with Medical Affairs strategies and plans • Provide instruction, coaching and mentoring to new or less experienced MSLs • Travel domestically up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel as business needs require
