• Use Aderant Expert Billing to process prebills and generate invoices in compliance with attorney instructions and client guidelines • Provide out-of-office and overflow coverage for Billing Specialists and Billing Proofreaders • Work in collaboration with E-Billing Department, Rates Team, and other Finance teams to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner • Monitor, reroute, and assist with tasks in the centralized Billing inbox • Provide reporting support to legal assistants and attorneys to meet client-required accrual deadlines • Respond to attorney inquiries regarding time entry records and general billing requests • Assist with billing system updates such as task and activity codes, narrative edits, and time entry modifications upon request • Assist with Finance projects, as needed, to promote best practices • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; adhere to schedule by being timely on breaks, lunches and meetings

• Manage and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling system • Collect, verify, and organize patient intake information accurately • Support patients in setting up for their telehealth visits, including basic tech troubleshooting • Maintain clear communication with clinicians and other internal teams • Proactively address and overcome appointment cancellations by re-engaging patients or offering alternate options • Document all interactions and updates in our EMR system promptly • Follow up with patients as needed to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction
