Sales Planner – Off-Platform

Instacart

• Translate advertiser revenue-driving briefs into tailored media solutions: formats, audiences, measurement, and pricing • Support audience planning; size, forecast, and pace inventory • Build proposals and media plans, close deals, and execute IOs • Assist in crafting compelling narratives that differentiate Instacart & ultimately lead to off-platform activations via our 1P data • Assist in launch-to-wrap execution: trafficking readiness, QA, pacing, optimizations, and budget delivery • Coordinate cross-functionally (Ad Ops, Analytics, Product, Creative, Legal, Finance) to unblock hurdles and activate with excellence • Manage portfolio revenue tracking, identifying whitespaces to drive focus for incremental revenue

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years in media or sales planning at an agency, publisher, or platform; strong grasp of programmatic, social, and video
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Creative problem solver who thrives amid ambiguity
  • Ability to tell a compelling story through data
  • A self-starter with hunger to achieve goals.
