Senior Network Engineer

• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing network architecture across enterprise, data center, and cloud environments. • Engage with clients to understand business requirements, develop technical solutions, and contribute to statements of work (SOWs). • Lead the implementation and migration of networking solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. • Design and deploy solutions involving Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies. • Ensure network designs meet security best practices, compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA, NIST), and client requirements. • Engineer and deploy SD-WAN, cloud networking, and hybrid cloud solutions for enterprise clients. • Oversee project execution, provide technical mentorship to engineers, and document designs, configurations, and best practices. • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them optimize network performance and security.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in network design, implementation, and architecture in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Certifications (Preferred): Cisco CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, NSE4-8, Aruba ACX, or equivalent certifications.
- Cisco & Meraki: Enterprise networking, SD-WAN, wireless, security (ISE, Umbrella, DUO)
- Aruba: Wireless, switching, ClearPass, Aruba Central.
- Fortinet: Firewalls, SD-WAN, security solutions (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
- Palo Alto Networks: NGFW, Prisma, Panorama.
- Cloud Networking: AWS, Azure, GCP networking & security best practices.
- Routing & Switching: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPNNetwork Security: Zero Trust, VPNs, NAC, Micro segmentation
- Automation & Scripting: Python, Ansible, Terraform (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and training sessions.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in customer-facing roles, with a focus on solution delivery and client success.
