Principal Software Engineer – Agentic Dev Specialist
Clutch
• Lead development teams to ensure sprint commitments are met • Shape Praxent’s AI future by defining technical standards and guiding architecture • Serve as a technical authority across AI initiatives • Support presales AI solutioning and design AI strategies • Architect and deploy MLOps/AIOps platforms • Develop and deliver AI training programs and workshops • Mentor engineers and delivery leads on AI trade-offs, risks, and best practices • Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI initiatives with business outcomes
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years of professional experience in software engineering and system architecture
- Deep experience designing and delivering AI enabled systems in production
- Strong background in MLOps, model lifecycle management, and evaluation frameworks
- Proficiency with modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud based AI platforms
- Excellent presentation skills for technical concepts to stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities
- May include intensive programs or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
