Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview compliance portal, including retention labels and records management.
- Familiarity with machine learning–based classification concepts (e.g., trainable classifiers, content models, confidence scoring).
- Strong scripting skills in:
- Python (data manipulation, CSV/JSON handling, reporting automation)
- PowerShell (Microsoft 365 administration and automation)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.

Oversees root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine the required corrective action for the situation. Asset Management - Works under general direction of Engineering Services Reliability & Asset Management platform for instruction in deploying client’s strategic asset management plan with matrix reporting back to the clients lead engineer (FM). - Integrates data from BAS, automated fault detection diagnostic engines, maintenance programs, and capital planning processes to develop life-cycle analyses and recommendations for repair vs. replacement decisions. - Support all efforts in the execution of site level Asset Management & Reliability programs and processes to effectively increase machine/facility system reliability and compliance. - Conducts program and system/equipment audits on a periodic and as needed basis. Audits will generally be focused on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation. - Supports JLL operational compliance program and follows company safety and health guidelines and other company policies. - Coordinates the use of other engineers, technicians, and third-party resources to accomplish the objective of cost-effective Asset Management & Reliability improvements for maintenance and projects. Reliability Engineering - Equipment preventative maintenance (PM) task creation and management for continuous improvement and PM optimization. - Responsible for ranking the criticality of the assets under their care, typically using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches, and for defining the proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial to the business. - Create and conduct Reliability studies, as well as understanding drawings and schematics. - Create risk mitigation strategies for critical assets that can be deployed across the asset portfolio - Investigate new technologies for reliability improvements - Considers impact of costs on recommended action plans for avoiding/correcting problems during the design phase or remedial action for correcting reliability problems on installed equipment; performs root cause failure analysis to help prevent failures. - Facilitates/supports operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the root cause/causal factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow-up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness. Condition-based Maintenance - Understanding of moving and rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, etc., from an operations and maintenance perspective, mechanically and electrically. - Experience w/ predictive maintenance technologies including, but not limited to, vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared Thermography, ultrasound, and motor current analysis. - Plans and performs engineering operations, monitors operations center systems, RCM program implementation, process engineering assignments, root cause failure analysis, incorporation of condition-based maintenance (CbM and predictive testing and inspection (PT&I) technologies and conducts equipment condition assessments.
