Role Description This is a fractional position expected to work 20-25 hours per week. The RevOps Coordinator will own and evolve our contract operations infrastructure. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you’ll lead the execution, enablement, and continuous improvement of contract-related tools and processes that support Sales, LegalOps, Finance, and Customer Success. This role requires a systems-minded, detail-oriented individual who thrives on creating clarity from complexity. You’ll fully own the administration and optimization of our contract tools (including DocuSign and DocGen), lead onboarding and training for internal users, and serve as the go-to partner for process updates and troubleshooting. Essential Function & Responsibilities - Contract Process Ownership: - Own the end-to-end contracting workflow across customer contracts. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data in Salesforce and DocuSign. - Monitor contract stages and ensure timely routing for approvals and signatures. - Maintain and evolve the contract approval process, partnering with LegalOps, Finance, and Sales. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, routing requirements, and audit needs. - Proactively identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and clarity. - Tool Administration & Optimization: - Fully manage contract-related tools such as DocuSign, including template creation, updates, testing, and configuration. - Partner with GTM Systems and RevOps stakeholders on any new tool evaluations or implementations tied to the contract lifecycle. - Monitor tool performance and address bugs, escalations, or feature requests. - Enablement & Training: - Lead internal training and onboarding for contract-related systems and processes. - Create and maintain scalable, user-friendly SOPs, documentation, and enablement materials. - Host regular refresher trainings and office hours to support adoption and consistency. - Troubleshooting & Support: - Act as the go-to SME for contract-related issues across tools, workflows, and process questions. - Troubleshoot escalations and liaise with LegalOps, IT, and RevOps Systems as needed. - Provide timely support to internal stakeholders to keep deals and renewals moving. - Reporting & Quality Assurance: - Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor contract performance, pipeline readiness, and renewal health. - Own data quality initiatives for contract records across Salesforce, DocuSign, and other connected systems. - Conduct routine audits and lead remediation efforts when gaps are identified.
