Required Qualifications: - Experience: 10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or management role. - AdTech Expertise: Deep understanding of the AdTech landscape (DSP, SSP, Programmatic) or experience designing for similarly complex B2B enterprise platforms/SaaS is highly preferred. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expert capability in user-centered design processes, complex problem-solving, and shipping high-quality products. - Leadership: Proven track record of building and managing high-performing design teams.
