Position Summary: The Care Associate Behavioral Health Analyst provides services to clinical teams in support of optimal care. What you will do: - Assists members locate services. - Facilitates follow-up calls. - Collects information on member progress and adherence to treatment plan. - Provides information to members regarding mental health and substance abuse benefits, community treatment resources, mental health managed care programs, and Aetna policies and procedures. - Reviews member adherence with treatment plan, identifies obstacles to compliance, identifies resources to address social determinants of health and barriers to stabilization. - Makes referrals to care connections for those without adequate aftercare appts. - Serves as liaison between inpatient staff at hospitals to assure timely discharge appts. - Participates in reporting activities including data collection, tracking, analysis and preparation. - Activities may include QI initiatives; post discharge and recidivism follow up reporting. - Works closely with clinicians in collaborative support Required Qualification: - Must reside in OHIO - 2 years' Healthcare or Behavioral Health experience - Required to use a residential broadband service with internet speeds of at least 25 mbps/3mbps in order to ensure sufficient speed to adequately perform work duties. - Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy Preferred Qualifications: - 2 years Behavioral Health experience working with mental health population - Communicating for impact, handling service challenges, maximizing work practices and organizational excellence. Education Requirements: - High School Diploma/GED Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $40.90 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. The Senior Analyst role is a key member of the growth oriented Advisory Services team, focused on supporting Abrigo’s goals and driving client success. As part of a fast-growing company, this role offers dynamic opportunities to contribute across various areas of the organization, principally Fair Value Analytics. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with a background in the financial institution space related to valuation and valuation-related methodologies, including discounted cash flow for financial assets and liabilities, and working knowledge in CECL. The ideal candidate should possess effective analytical and critical thinking skills, a customer-first approach, operational excellence and outstanding communication skills. This position reports directly to the Manager of Advisory Services. Applicants may choose to work remotely or from our offices in Raleigh, NC, or Austin, TX. What You’ll Do: - Collaborate with a high-performing team in delivering Fair Value Analytics services in a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, innovation and excellent customer service. - Perform analytics on engagements involving the valuation of financial instruments such as loan and deposit portfolios, debt portfolios and core deposit intangibles for financial reporting purposes in compliance with ASC 820. - Participate in client meetings to explain data interpretations and modeling results. - Support growth goals through project efficiency, client relationship management, and delivery excellence. - Assist in the achievement of team tactical goals optimal capacity utilization, effective bill rates, and other key performance indicators. - Cross collaboration with internal customers and other Advisory pillars such as stress testing, CECL, strategic pricing and ALM. - Help execute team OKR initiatives where relevant tied to departmental and enterprise OKRs. - Remain current on regulatory and compliance changes and other industry developments related to relevant area of expertise. - Occasional travel required to team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making. - Other duties as assigned.
