The Senior Analyst role is a key member of the growth oriented Advisory Services team, focused on supporting Abrigo’s goals and driving client success. As part of a fast-growing company, this role offers dynamic opportunities to contribute across various areas of the organization, principally Fair Value Analytics. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with a background in the financial institution space related to valuation and valuation-related methodologies, including discounted cash flow for financial assets and liabilities, and working knowledge in CECL. The ideal candidate should possess effective analytical and critical thinking skills, a customer-first approach, operational excellence and outstanding communication skills. This position reports directly to the Manager of Advisory Services. Applicants may choose to work remotely or from our offices in Raleigh, NC, or Austin, TX. What You’ll Do: - Collaborate with a high-performing team in delivering Fair Value Analytics services in a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, innovation and excellent customer service. - Perform analytics on engagements involving the valuation of financial instruments such as loan and deposit portfolios, debt portfolios and core deposit intangibles for financial reporting purposes in compliance with ASC 820. - Participate in client meetings to explain data interpretations and modeling results. - Support growth goals through project efficiency, client relationship management, and delivery excellence. - Assist in the achievement of team tactical goals optimal capacity utilization, effective bill rates, and other key performance indicators. - Cross collaboration with internal customers and other Advisory pillars such as stress testing, CECL, strategic pricing and ALM. - Help execute team OKR initiatives where relevant tied to departmental and enterprise OKRs. - Remain current on regulatory and compliance changes and other industry developments related to relevant area of expertise. - Occasional travel required to team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making. - Other duties as assigned. • Manage a portfolio of live banking clients as their trusted partner after go-live • Conduct regular check-ins and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from bank operations staff to executives • Develop and maintain customer workflows & configurations to align with each institution's goals • Handle support escalations, troubleshoot platform issues, and make adjustments on live calls with financial institutions • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to investigate bugs, advocate for customer needs, and communicate resolution timelines • Manage support ticket flow to ensure timely resolution of customer issues • Educate and enable bank employees on platform capabilities and best practices during and after implementation • Step in to support strategic implementations during resource crunches, helping with configuration and project management • Analyze, synthesize, and communicate product releases to customers • Navigate complex customer relationships and de-escalate high-stakes situations while protecting the team

• Carry out and be accountable for inspections, services and site surveys of the projects under your responsibility, ensuring safety and organization • Provide technical support to commercial teams in project planning and site inspections, ensuring adherence to schedules and achievement of planned flows/volumes • Assist in preparing technical reports for the projects under your responsibility, validating them with the structural calculations team • Authorize billing and follow up on deliveries to the client, ensuring business targets are met • Propose and implement improvements to technical analysis services, evaluating results against company objectives and strategies • Identify and evaluate profiles of potential new partners who can meet local service needs, negotiating and developing new partnerships together with area management • Develop and deliver training on products, operations and internal and external safety inspections
