Compliance Officer

• Monitor, interpret, and implement applicable global regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance. • Develop, maintain, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, identify gaps, and implement mitigation strategies. • Provide compliance guidance to internal teams on new initiatives, product changes, and partnerships. • Act as a key point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external advisors as needed. • Design and deliver compliance training to ensure employees understand their obligations. • Oversee the handling, investigation, and reporting of compliance incidents, breaches, or regulatory concerns.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, legal, or risk roles within fintech, crypto, financial services, payments, or a related regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of AML/CTF, KYC, sanctions, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience working with multi-jurisdictional regulations and remote, globally distributed teams
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-friendly guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
