What will YOU be doing for us? At the direction of the Billing and Quality Audit Supervisor, assure high standards of billing and enrollment processing by performing all quality assurance activities. Communicate results of quality audits and provide feedback and suggestions accordingly. Recognize and communicate trends in results. What will YOU be working on? - Educate Billing and Enrollment team members at the time of hire and on an ongoing basis on processes and expectations of quality assurance monitoring. - Perform processing quality audits according to internal practices to ensure client expectations are met. - Utilize internal tools to track results of audits and track performance at individual and team level. - Provide clear feedback to management team about successes and opportunities at individual representative level to continually improve performance. - Work collaboratively with Billing and Enrolment management in providing feedback on quality results, areas of success, and areas of opportunity. - Utilizing data from internal tools to recognize trends in performance at the team level and provide feedback to management. - Prepare regular reports for management on results of quality monitoring activities - Coordinate and facilitate calibration sessions on regular basis to ensure consistent expectations for staff and management. - Manage reviews and development of Enterprise exception reports which are designed to catch discrepancies in system and human processing. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance processes for client and internal use. - Regularly process billing and enrollment work to ensure full understanding of the client Billing and Enrollment Specialist roles. Follow all internal processes when processing work. What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate? - Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates - High school diploma or equivalent - Required Level of Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience in an operational processing environment - Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Excellent knowledge of Billing and Enrollment processes - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email - Strong customer service skills including active listening, ability to diffuse difficult situations, and ability to clearly communicate complex information - Strong feedback and coaching skills - Excellent written communication skills - Strong data entry/typing skills - Strong navigation skills and the ability to multi-task - Ability to work well within a team environment - Ability to maintain objectivity in difficult situations - Ability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm including occasional overtime What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate? - Preferred Level of Experience - Experience in quality position - Experience in a managed care organization. - Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Knowledge of Enterprise System The salary range and midpoint is listed below for your reference. Please keep in mind that your education and experience along with your knowledge, skills and abilities are taken into consideration when determining placement within the range. Compensation Range: $20.39 - 30.58 Compensation Midpoint: $25.49
