Creative Workflow Architect

Runway

• Creatively push the models available on Runway further using workflows and custom pipelines • Craft content and lead demonstrations to show Enterprise prospects and customers how to leverage and utilize Runway most strategically • Partner with our Sales and Creative teams to provide guidance and training to Enterprise prospects and customers. • Highlight and explain common use cases and workflows for Enterprise organizations • Serve as the day-to-day product expert for both pre and post sales conversations; help businesses understand the potential of utilizing Runway in their creative pipeline • Be a champion for our customers and work with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights; liaise between customers and our internal teams in order to provide the best support and experience possible

  • Experience & expertise creating content from end to end
  • Passion for experimentation when it comes to content creation and creative workflows- you care more about “how we get there” than “the destination”
  • Comfort working with creative tools in addition to Runway (Adobe, DaVinci Resolve etc), as well as an understanding of our technical and competitive landscape

In this role, the Architect, is a member of the Clinical Research Group, aligned to the Medical Communications business unit. The Architect is responsible for understanding the business goals, requirements and objectives; and aligning these objectives to the Group IT strategy. The Principal Architect works with BU Technical Operations, Business Operations, and Thermo Fisher Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) to identify innovative digital solutions that meet customer needs with scalable and extensible architectures.
