Technical Program Manager III itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs that support large-scale data engineering and electronic data management initiatives. This role will play a critical part in aligning engineering, legal, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions that enable regulatory response, litigation readiness, and data governance programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical program management and full-stack engineering program delivery and a track record of successfully delivering high-complexity cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional engineering programs involving both front-end and back-end systems. - Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics while aligning engineering, legal, and data teams on delivery goals. - Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies to ensure alignment across multiple teams and initiatives. - Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain transparency through program documentation, status updates, and reporting. - Track program progress, monitor deliverables, and remove blockers to ensure projects meet deadlines and milestones. - Support UI design initiatives by collaborating with design and engineering teams to enhance system usability and product experience. - Identify and mitigate program risks early while implementing strategies to reduce delays or technical dependencies. - Improve program processes and workflows to increase execution efficiency and reduce alignment iterations across teams. - Provide technical program leadership by advocating for strong technical design, architecture quality, and product excellence.
