• Develops and implement the “Supply Chain Process Playbook” aligned with business goals, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and responsiveness to market demands with documented process(s), work instructions and input/output expectations. • Own configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of supply chain planning systems, including master data governance, parameter management, and system-driven analytics. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of MSO processes. • Regularly analyze and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency, cost reduction, and increased customer satisfaction within the MSO Organization. • Lead business review meetings on a monthly frequency reviewing the demand forecasting process, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product management, finance, and other relevant stakeholders to accurately predict market trends, customer demands, and product lifecycle. • Oversee inventory levels and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. • Implement best practices in inventory control and replenishment. • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, providing solutions and contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted product availability. • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced analytical capabilities including Microsoft Office required.
- Other analytical tools such as Python, SQL, R, PowerBI, etc a plus.
- Proven experience in implementing and improving supply chain processes.
