Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Work independently and collaboratively with product,development, and clinical teams to improve system performance and user experience. - Stay current on relevant laboratory technologies and industry standards, contributing insights to enhance deployment and support practices. Qualifications & Experience: Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field. - Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience supporting LIS/LIMS platforms, ideally in an HLA or clinical laboratory environment. - Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries; experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle. - Experience with SAP Crystal Reports development. - Working knowledge of HL7, lab instrument connectivity, and healthcare interoperability standards. - Familiarity with Microsoft Windows systems, Active Directory, and VPN protocols. - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet SLA-driven deadlines. - Availability for rotating on-call support (e.g., one week per month). Preferred: - Experience with HLA lab workflows and systems (e.g., Fusion, MatchIT). - Exposure to biomedical systems engineering or healthcare IT environments. - Basic scripting or coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, shell scripting). - Familiarity with IIS Web Services, website management, or cloud-based environments. • Accountable for the functional integrity and day to day stability of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central. • Own ERP behavior across inventory, order-to-cash, purchasing, fulfillment, and posting workflows. • Serve as primary systems partner to Accounting and Operations, ensuring inventory valuation, shipment confirmations, and invoice generation remain accurate and timely. • Act as system owner across ERP, internal OMS (homegrown order orchestration platform), EDI transactions, and 3PL integrations. • Monitor and resolve live operational issues including posting errors, inventory mismatches, shipment discrepancies, delayed ship confirms, and invoice variances. • Own EDI outcomes and prioritization (850 / 940 / 945 / 856 / 810). Day-to-day mapping handled by a dedicated EDI specialist. • Coordinate and prioritize work across internal technical resources, contractors, and external partners as needed. • Investigate root causes end to end before escalating to Engineering or external partners. • Define practical guardrails that protect inventory and financial accuracy while supporting operational throughput.

• Lead the system administration, roadmap management, and architectural evolution of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform. • Design and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and templates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts. • Manage data integration and flow between Adaptive Planning and external systems like NetSuite using APIs, OfficeConnect, and ETL tools. • Automate FP&A workflows and provide technical support and training to global platform users.
