Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Windows Systems/Application Administrator for an exciting remote opportunity. Job Description and Responsibilities Provides application administration and technical support for Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications supporting the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO). Responsible for installing, testing, deploying, configuring, debugging, updating, and patching enterprise applications while serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all supported systems. Monitors and maintains application performance, performs event logging, and supports security logging tools that integrate with approved systems. Provides application administration across Windows, Linux, and Unix environments, troubleshoots technical issues, and responds to user inquiries. Manages and sustains application-side operations to support DTMO mission-critical systems and development activities.
