Senior Manager, Employment Tax

Cooper Parry

• Lead and advise on a broad range of employment tax issues, including PAYE and NIC, expenses, benefits, and employment status (including IR35) • Take ownership of client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor • Deliver and review complex technical consultancy work, including reports, advice, and calculations • Identify cost-saving opportunities through effective pay and benefits structuring • Oversee Employment Tax compliance and risk management • Lead a diverse portfolio of client projects • Support business development and growth initiatives • Mentor and develop junior team members • Contribute to the wider Tax team strategy

Job Requirements

  • CTA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
  • Strong Employment Tax / Employer Solutions experience
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading projects
  • Ability to provide clear and commercially focused advice
  • Experience mentoring junior staff
