A day in the life of an IT R&D Manager includes: - Be one of our “Delivery Leads” on claims across Software /IT clients, looking after and owning a portfolio of claims. - Work collaboratively with our senior managers who will support you on claims. - Build fantastic relationships with clients delivering outstanding service. - Lead the technical and financial aspects of R&D claims. - Seek opportunities to support senior members of the team on practice development initiatives, be that training, wellbeing, marketing etc. - Understand how the R&D business runs, top-to-bottom and inside-out. - Have a structured approach where expectations are clear and create a culture of safety where people feel empowered to ask for help.
