• Interface with end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to gather systems requirements • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform • Integrate machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics solutions into ServiceNow modules • Manage all aspects of application development (design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting) • Write complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications • Design custom or product-based solutions based on ServiceNow applications • Configure integrations between ServiceNow via REST/SOAP web and other applications • Reflect impact assessment rules within service maps and validate with technical SMEs and stakeholders • Participate in user acceptance testing of resulting maps, impact rules, and event management work • Promote update sets and data across applicable SN environments • Remediate any production incidents that arise • Align with existing SN technical lead for map/event work for consistency.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms to ensure performance, availability, and security. • Build and update workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations across supported applications. • Partner with the Information Security team to maintain governance, compliance, and accurate change documentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and align platform capabilities with business processes. • Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and adoption of new features. • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to track usage, adoption, and performance. • Lead the onboarding of new departments into enterprise platforms, tailoring configurations and workflows to fit business requirements. • Provide training sessions, user documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and positive user experience. • Plan and deliver small-to-medium system enhancement projects, module deployments, or integrations on time and within scope. • Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate delivery of solutions.

• Lead the architectural design and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform—including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CMDB, and other modules. • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards. • Serve as the primary technical liaison for ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and data model strategy. • Establish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and best practices. • Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow applications. • Review and validate solutions developed by internal teams and vendors to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines. • Drive CMDB maturity, discovery architecture, service mapping, and data quality initiatives. • Architect and guide integrations using MID Servers, APIs, web services, and data exchange frameworks. • Conduct platform performance reviews and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators. • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, new capabilities, and emerging platform best practices.

• Lead German-speaking Vulnerability Response workshops for our enterprise clients and communicate complex topics clearly, in a structured and practical manner • Provide holistic consulting to our clients on functional and technical aspects of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response — and develop scalable, sustainable solution concepts • Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform according to best practices and the Now-Create methodology, actively contributing to successful project delivery • Produce high-quality technical and customer-focused documentation that fosters transparency and supports sustainable project success • Communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders and act as a reliable point of contact throughout all project phases • Take on the role of Senior Technical Advisor and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle through your expertise
