Role Description We are currently seeking an action-oriented Marketing Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our marketing team with the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns. You will wear many hats, from assisting with content creation and social media management to managing event logistics and tracking campaign performance. Candidates will have strong project management skills and experience with marketing automation tools. - Manage event planning and execution (trade shows, webinars, etc.) - Assist with development and execution of lead generation campaigns across various channels (online, events, email, social) in coordination with sales, delivery and marketing - Coordinate with PR agency and internal Bridgenext team to schedule interviews, monitor coverage and publish news updates to website - Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify target audiences - Manage and maintain marketing calendars and deadlines - Coordinate the production of marketing materials across channels working with the content and design teams - Support social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and management - Provide administrative support to the marketing team Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role - Impeccable attention to detail - Strong project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation - Experience with social media marketing (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company in an articulate, professional manner - Proactive, inquisitive, energetic personality paired with the drive to deliver quantifiable results Requirements - Experience with sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) Professional Skills - Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills - Strong team and individual player - Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature - High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results - Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention - Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues Workplace Remote in the United States Company Description Bridgenext is a digital consulting services leader that helps clients innovate with intention and realize their digital aspirations by creating digital products, experiences, and solutions around what real people need.
