Position Overview We're searching for a Sr Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team in a hybrid capacity out of our Atlanta, GA location. What You'll Do - Design and produce high-quality visual assets for various marketing materials, including print, digital, and multimedia channels. - Ensure Applied Systems' brand identity is consistently and innovatively represented, while championing improvements to the company's visual language. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and produce high-quality visuals within established deadlines to meet the marketing team's fast-paced demands. - Act as a creative mentor and collaborator, guiding junior designers, providing constructive feedback, and working seamlessly with other teams such as content, product, and marketing strategy. - Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and bring designs to life. - Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design options, and incorporate feedback for revisions. - Utilize design software and technologies to create mockups, layouts, and final deliverables for review and approval. - Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers, ensuring project goals are met and designs are of the highest quality. - Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. - Maintain organized files, assets, and project documentation to ensure efficient workflow and version control. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design capabilities and deliver innovative solutions. We're Excited to Learn More About You Your experience may include: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in visual communication and design principles. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (Figma). - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite with an emphasis in PowerPoint. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. - Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout design to create polished and professional deliverables. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application to improve efficiency and streamline operations. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
