This Position reports to: Global Marketing and Sales Head In this role, you will drive profitable business line sales growth at the Key Account globally. You will also develop, implement and manage the Global Account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction, while coordinating the sales activities and managing resolution of specific customer issues. - Lead a virtual team of Account Managers, representing all main key account locations globally, to drive profitable growth across all relevant Local Business Lines (LBLs). - Establish global offering (Robots, Robots Accessories, Function Packages, Robot Cells, Full Turn-key Solutions from Global Solution Centers GSC and Customer Service CS) for the Global Key Account and establish a 5-year Strategic Plan. - Create a detailed Global Account Plan and implement a tracking system to chart progress for the different activities, at LBL and BL level. - Develop a Player Map and implement a program to connect the Key Account and ABB RARO executives on a regular basis in order to further develop business and relationships, as well as the local sales representatives. - Be the global representative facing the Key Account with the principal account decision makers at both the executive office and principal factory locations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of commercial experience in Account Management and Key Account Management roles; strong preference will be given to candidates with first-hand knowledge of robotics in the Consumer Segment global manufacturing environment. - Strong technical background in robotics or advanced mechatronics systems. - Desired AI Knowledge (Perception AI, Physical AI). - Seasoned commercial campaigner in dealing with complex decision-making units (DMU’s) within large global customer organizations and from within a highly matrixed internal organization. - Experience with customers, including sales, problem resolution, negotiation skills, and relationship building. - Willingness to travel up to 35%. - Required English fluent speaking person.
