Role Description This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow within commercial lines insurance account management while working in a dynamic, remote environment. You will support an assigned book of business, assisting with client service, policy administration, and operational workflows. The position allows you to collaborate closely with internal teams and international operations while gaining experience in client relationship management, policy renewals, and insurance compliance. As you develop in the role, you will gradually assume more responsibility, preparing you for advancement to Associate Account Manager and eventually Account Manager. This position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. You will contribute directly to client satisfaction, operational excellence, and the growth of the business. - Support the Account Manager in all aspects of commercial lines desk management, including client communications, policy administration, and insurance documentation. - Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, quotes, and certificate requests while ensuring timely follow-up and accuracy. - Maintain client and policy records in agency management systems and coordinate with offshore teams to support service delivery. - Prepare binders, Broker of Record letters, and other documentation for client review. - Respond to client inquiries, process endorsement requests, and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with internal teams and carriers. - Support operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and assisting with special projects as assigned. - Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies, maintaining a paperless and organized workflow. Qualifications - 1–5 years of commercial lines retail insurance experience. - Active and current Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license. - Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory guidelines. - Proficient with technology-based tools, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office applications. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented, self-starter, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external carriers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality service.
