This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We're hiring a Head of GTM (Outbound)! This is the other half of our marketing leadership. Our Fractional CMO owns the narrative — brand, content, storytelling, category creation. You own distribution. - Outbound acquisition through direct outreach, automation, and AI-powered systems across email, LinkedIn, Facebook, DMs, groups, and communities. - No paid ads. No performance marketing. No CPMs. - Building a 0-to-1 role from first experiment to scalable system. - Work side by side with GTM engineers to stand up experiments fast, get data, and optimize. - Manage a growing team of outbound specialists — email ops, LinkedIn automation, Facebook/social outreach, manual DM reps, GTM hackers, and pay-per-lead vendors. - This is a technical, hands-on outreach leadership role — not a brand, content, or "marketing manager" role. Qualifications - Technical and hands-on — can configure outreach tools, wire up automations, build dashboards, and run experiments. - 0-to-1 experience — has built an outbound motion from nothing before. - Deep fluency with GTM tooling — Clay, Phantom Buster, Apollo, Instantly, Dripify, HubSpot, Zapier/Make, GoHighLevel, or similar. - AI-native — uses AI to vary copy, personalize at scale, automate sequences, and compress cycle time. - Data-driven decision maker — builds dashboards, tracks CAC by channel, and makes kill/scale decisions from the numbers. - Fast experimenter — measures in days, not quarters. - Can lead a team — has managed outbound specialists, SDRs/BDRs, or GTM operators. - Systems thinker — sees the whole outreach pipeline, not just individual channels. - Startup speed — thrives in environments where there's no playbook. - Stealth-aware — understands why early-stage companies need to be deliberate about what they expose and to whom. Requirements - Build outbound from zero — design experiments, stand up infrastructure, and create the playbook from scratch. - Work hands-on with GTM engineers — configuring sequences, wiring up automations, reviewing data. - Run fast experiments — design, launch, measure, and kill or scale outbound experiments. - Step back and work the numbers — analyze what's working and model CAC by channel. - Scale what works into systems — turn winning experiments into repeatable, automated playbooks. - Manage the outbound team — lead email ops, LinkedIn automation, Facebook/social outreach, manual DM reps, GTM hackers, and pay-per-lead vendors. - Push AI automation hard — identify where AI can replace manual effort without sacrificing quality. - Protect stealth — ensure outreach feels organic and does not expose the product prematurely. - Collaborate with the CMO — align outbound messaging with brand narrative. - Report on performance with clarity and take ownership of results. Benefits - Up to $400,000 max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated.
