• Support the execution of the digital enablement strategy for Study and Agent Studio platforms • Implement structured enablement frameworks for training, onboarding, and adoption activities • Lead day-to-day customer interactions focused on digital readiness, platform adoption, and value realization • Support the Agentic AI program by coordinating implementation activities • Communicate product releases and digital capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, and Training teams • Contribute to product feedback loops by surfacing customer insights • Support regulatory, validation, and quality activities for AI-enabled and agentic systems • Mentor junior team members and subject-matter experts • Serve as an operational point of contact for digital adoption challenges

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital health, life sciences technology, SaaS, or clinical research, or a combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in digital enablement, technology adoption, or supporting digital transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with eCOA, digital endpoints, or clinical trial technology platforms
  • Exposure to AI-enabled, automated, or agentic systems, preferably in regulated or GxP environments
  • Experience in customer-facing roles supporting enterprise or global clients in a technology or clinical context
