Role Description WithMe is seeking a Client Success Manager to build, manage, and grow client relationships across a dedicated book of business. In this high-impact, fully remote role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients from post-installation through the full lifecycle of the service contract. You will focus on proactive communication, consultative account management, retention, and long-term client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to drive growth through upsell and cross-sell strategies. This role also plays a key part in reducing churn, delivering strategic business reviews, and partnering cross-functionally to elevate the client experience. - Manage client relationships across your book of business from post-installation through contract lifecycle - Build strong, proactive client relationships focused on engagement, satisfaction, and retention - Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), present performance insights, and deliver actionable recommendations - Establish regular communication cadences with newly onboarded clients and clients nearing renewal - Identify and address risks early to reduce churn and improve retention - Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by presenting tailored solutions and package enhancements - Monitor change-of-ownership contract processes to help ensure smooth transitions and prevent account loss - Use Salesforce to track client activity, maintain accurate records, analyze performance metrics, and generate insights - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to resolve client concerns and escalations - Represent WithMe in client meetings, conferences, and work events while serving as a strong client advocate Qualifications - Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in client success management, external client support, or account management - Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively - Experience conducting client reviews, creating presentations, and delivering persuasive presentations - Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills - A results-driven approach with a track record of supporting retention, upsell, and cross-sell goals - Experience using Salesforce to manage account data, analyze metrics, and support reporting - Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, scaling environment - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience - Startup or technology-driven company experience is a strong plus - SaaS sales experience is a strong plus - Multi-family experience is a strong plus Benefits - Full compensation packages based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications - This position will also qualify for annual bonus opportunity - 100% remote work environment (some roles may require residence in a specific geographic location/region) - Employee equity - Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage - Retirement plan with company match - Life and disability plans - FSA and HSA accounts - Annual training and education allowance - Flexible vacation for full-time salaried exempt employees and competitive paid time off for hourly nonexempt employees
Job Requirements
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in client success management, external client support, or account management
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively
