• Engage with customers and other Cisco stakeholders on successful planning and execution of validation engagements. • Support Webscaler/Enterprise customers to accelerate implementation of new platforms/solutions. • Validate new design solutions to meet customer requirements. • Drive requirements discussions, analyze test requirements, build test lab configurations, author and execute test plans, and document results. • Identify key issues and gaps and work with engineering and delivery teams to resolve them. • Collaborate with Solution Architects from Delivery and Sales teams to meet customer needs • Innovate to gain efficiency and accelerate validation efforts. • Collaborate with other engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage/ Lead global NPIs, ToW and outsourcing projects, products and technology to secure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost • Own component introduction/ implementation/ qualification… from design and manufacturability through stable production (industrialization) • Serve as an NPI Project Manager in a highly cross-functional environment with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, product management at Gas Power Level (Incl. Steam, Generator, Gas and Repairs) • Improve and standardize the way of working within the team through the application of Lean methodology • Ensure the proper team is engaged in the Iterations from concept through final design with cross functional teams to ensure balance of producibility and cost • Be responsible for on time and on budget delivery of NPIs and strategic projects for both new units and services • Serve as a technical process owner for complex problems across a diverse supply chain partnering with stakeholders to solve business critical issues at Gas Power Level • Drive new technology and advanced manufacturing techniques that relate to Steam Turbines & Generator components. • Manage and communicate design change risks and impacts prior to implementation

• Execute commissioning procedures for utility-scale BESS systems, including battery management systems (BMS), inverters, switchgear, and SCADA interfaces • Perform pre-functional and functional testing of all system components according to commissioning plans • Conduct point-to-point checks, insulation resistance tests, performance tests, and system startup • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, control, and communication systems • Document test results, prepare commissioning reports, and maintain logs of issues and resolutions • Coordinate with lead commissioning engineer, project managers, subcontractors and help ensure project milestones are met • Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards • Support remote and onsite troubleshooting post-commissioning as required and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge • Perform administrative functions; such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheets, and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis
