• Manage/ Lead global NPIs, ToW and outsourcing projects, products and technology to secure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost • Own component introduction/ implementation/ qualification… from design and manufacturability through stable production (industrialization) • Serve as an NPI Project Manager in a highly cross-functional environment with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, product management at Gas Power Level • Improve and standardize the way of working within the team through the application of Lean methodology • Ensure the proper team is engaged in the Iterations from concept through final design with cross functional teams to ensure balance of producibility and cost • Be responsible for on time and on budget delivery of NPIs and strategic projects for both new units and services • Serve as a technical process owner for complex problems across a diverse supply chain partnering with stakeholders to solve business critical issues • Drive new technology and advanced manufacturing techniques that relate to Steam Turbines & Generator components. • Manage and communicate design change risks and impacts prior to implementation

• Execute commissioning procedures for utility-scale BESS systems, including battery management systems (BMS), inverters, switchgear, and SCADA interfaces. • Perform pre-functional and functional testing of all system components according to commissioning plans. • Conduct point-to-point checks, insulation resistance tests, performance tests, and system startup. • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, control, and communication systems. • Document test results, prepare commissioning reports, and maintain logs of issues and resolutions. • Coordinate with lead commissioning engineer, project managers, subcontractors and help ensure project milestones are met. • Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards. • Support remote and onsite troubleshooting post-commissioning as required and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge. • Perform administrative functions; such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheets, and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis. • Be knowledgeable of and conduct work activities in compliance with, the Energy Safety (EHS) Manual and Safety (EHS) policies. • Exercise good judgment in controlling costs and expenditures of Company funds. • Protect the Company's capital investments and Intellectual Property by properly safeguarding and maintaining equipment for which responsible. • Make contributions to the continued development and refinement of SSS Engineering Standards and Procedures (incl. Method Statements, Risk Assessments etc). • Develop knowledge of SSS Terms and Conditions and those of customers and subcontractors, and perform activities so as to minimize risk and assure compliance. • Dotted-line responsibility for assigned field resources to include: Provide performance feedback for field resources to service manager and employees as needed/required. • Assist Service Manager with retention and attraction of qualified field resources (including candidate screening, hiring recommendations, etc).

• Deploy, configure, and manage **Azure Virtual Desktop** environments, including host pools, session hosts, and application groups. • Maintain and update golden images for AVD deployments following established processes. • Monitor the performance, availability, and usage of AVD resources and take proactive measures to optimize performance and cost. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AVD including connectivity, performance, and application deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT infrastructure for ongoing improvements in the AVD space. • Develop documentation and guidelines for AVD administration processes and best practices. • Implement security measures and ensure compliance with organizational policies within the AVD environment. • This position will provide opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities as we enhance our AVD capabilities and scale our services.

• Build and maintain automation workflows using **n8n, **Make.com****, or similar tools • Create and manage subaccounts, automation logic, triggers, and conditions • Troubleshoot broken workflows and resolve issues efficiently • Ensure automations are stable, scalable, and well-documented • Connect SaaS tools, databases, CRMs, and internal systems via APIs and webhooks • Read API documentation and design clean data flows between platforms • Monitor data accuracy, sync reliability, and error handling • Improve existing integrations to reduce manual work and edge-case failures • Take ownership of incoming automation and system-related tickets • Diagnose issues quickly and implement long-term fixes • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders about root causes and resolutions • Build new automation concepts as use cases surface • Test improvements, iterate on workflow logic, and optimize performance • Help evolve internal standards, templates, and reusable automation patterns • Contribute ideas for improving how automation supports the product and users
