Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Responsible for participating in analytics projects with a particular emphasis on support related to nursing workforce, service lines, safety and quality outcomes, and clinical operations. Identifies and uses data to support clinical decision-making and discussions. Works with senior team members to provide data and analytics that support key clinical projects and initiatives. Participates in development of standard reports and dashboards. Serves as at-the-elbow support for clinical teams in using these products. Responsibilities - Demonstrates basic knowledge of internal databases and sources for quality, clinical, and operational data, as well as how they support key company KPIs and basic business operations. Independently gathers project requirements and determines scope for ad hoc and small projects. - Discovers, extracts, cleans, and prepares data to support analyses with other team members. You’ll be the connective tissue between our data infrastructure and the people who need insights—from internal stakeholders making business decisions to customers using analytics directly within the Healthie platform.
