Role Description Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Technical Operations with no less than 5 years of experience at a PBM, health plan, or managed care environment to join our team! The Director, Technical Operations (DTO) is responsible for: - Providing regulatory interpretation, operational expertise, and oversight of technical programs for Government Programs. - Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and CMS and state program requirements. - Developing, implementing, and monitoring department goals, objectives, processes, and policies. Responsibilities - Supports annual department budget and staffing plans in support of Navitus’s strategic and business initiatives. - Monitors program regulations, guidance, and systems to determine needs and gaps that impact compliance and program operations. - Provides direction and oversight for the development, modification, and improvement of business processes and policies. - Oversees the accurate and timely administration, coordination, reconciliation, and reporting of eligibility changes. - Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange claims adjudication and COB regulatory requirements. - Implements new Medicare D, Medicaid, and Exchange requirements impacting claims adjudications. - Ensures successful internal and external audits by maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree required. - 5 years’ experience in PBM, health plan, or managed care environment. - Knowledge and experience in project management, claims adjudication, analytical tools and analysis, and technology solutions. - Proven track record of process improvement, regulatory compliance, monitoring and metrics, and leading projects and teams. - Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees. Role Description EMILYs List, the nation’s largest resource for women in politics, is searching for a Regional Director to join our Campaigns team. The Regional Director will work with the DCCO on a set of races to provide professional advice and assess the operations of campaigns on a day-to-day basis. They will also be responsible for coordinating with other partners in the Campaigns team, including finance directors, research and comms staff. - Develop and maintain political relationships to identify and recruit strong Democratic pro-choice women to run in competitive races. - Work directly with campaigns and advise them on critical components of their operation including: - Building a professional campaign team including recruiting effective campaign managers and other campaign staff. - Developing and maintaining campaign budgets and plans. - Building and helping execute the campaign strategic plan. - Reviewing and understanding ad buys and paid communication plans. - Establishing high-quality campaign structures for field, research, communications, digital, and fundraising. - Working directly with prospective and endorsed candidates. - Building strong relationships with candidates and campaign staff on behalf of EMILYs List. - Communicate needs and goals of EMILYs List endorsement process to candidates. - Understand the needs of individual campaigns and advocate for support from EMILYs List on their behalf. - Monitor and report out routinely on progress of campaigns. - Assist with the EMILYs List training programs. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Must be willing to travel including occasional nights and weekends. Qualifications - Self-starter with at least six years of campaign and electoral experience, including management of a congressional race and/or statewide Senate or Gubernatorial Race. Experience managing a Senate or Gubernatorial race is highly desired. - Excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to think on one’s feet. - All candidates should possess commitment and passion to elect Democratic pro-choice women, as well as a commitment to the diversity of our candidates, membership, partners, and staff. Requirements - The salary for this position is $98,100 - $122,000 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. - The starting pay for this position is equal to others at the same level throughout the organization. - This position is eligible for full-time remote work. - This is a cycle position with an end date of December 31, 2026.
