Sales Analytics & Operations Manager

• Develop and implement data analyses, leveraging different tools and system like Veeva, Tableau and Javelin reports • Manage Sales Incentive Compensation process for clients which includes IC design, reporting and payouts • Performance reporting and diagnostics, including design KPIs and implementation of field-facing dashboards and reports • Sales training support: Coordinate all the training schedules and onboarding operational tasks with Client and other vendors • Project Management: Effectively communicate project risks, bottlenecks, and pivotal decisions to project sponsors • Field Communications: Coordinate and field inquires along with internal team and clients • Process Mapping and documentation • Collaborate with field leadership to support quarterly business review meetings • Conduct analytics projects to inform a range of business issues, including field force targeting and strategy, sampling strategy and analytics, physician-level sample allocation, etc. • Leads the integration of insight and analysis from various sources to inform material decisions by delivering robust opportunities and market context. • Consolidates a variety of data and information into actionable opportunities. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Field Teams systems to meet business requirements • Helping users develop or fine-tune reports and dashboards to yield meaningful metrics. • Identifies and resolves problems that may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status. • Escalates important issues to the attention of Management so that decisions can be made promptly • Forms productive relationships with internal customers by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively • Performs gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement • Work with data owners on processes to enable and ensure data quality, evangelizing the importance of good data hygiene • Perform routine data management activities like analysis, cleansing, and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare - related experience is highly desirable
- 5-6 years relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Prior experience with pharmaceutical data sources like LAAD data, CRM Veeva datasets
- Operational Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Microsoft and Jira
- Strong analytical skills.
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience managing projects, and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to pull together insights from a variety of sources and develop strategic guidance for field teams that result in a business decision or action
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; consultative background preferred
- Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills; ability to gain consensus and act within a matrix team environment; Ability to work in a collaborative and influencing fashion that drives business action
- Proficiency in secondary data analysis with intimate knowledge of a variety of industry secondary data sources
- Strong working knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g., MS Excel, Access, MS Word & PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.) is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
