Role Description The Controller position is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity of the institution’s financial operations, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and contributing to both internal and external financial reporting. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of regulatory expectations, U.S. GAAP, emerging technology, and a proven track record in managing accounting operations for a high-performance organization.
