• Fully understand both functional and technical capabilities of Kinaxis and related integration utilities as well as needs of users and business processes. • Build a strong working relationship with the Planning IT team members as well as the Kinaxis COE team members. • Manage issues, document, escalate as appropriate and ensure resolution. • Develop and implement Kinaxis and integration related resources to support both project and run related enhancements. • Develop and deliver training for enhancements to the Kinaxis COE and IT team members as required. • Document test results and solutions and support CAH change management process as required. • Coordinate testing, data validation and planner data input with business users during system deployments • Investigate reported user issues. • Work with end users and IT partners to bring resolution. • Gather requirements of end-user community for enhancements and work with team members to develop standard, harmonized requirements. • Anticipate future needs of end-users and initiate activities to close gaps before issues arise • Ensure weekly completion of demand and supply plans to all downstream nodes via associated tools

• Design, deploy and maintain robust data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, etc.). • Implement and automate data ingestion, processing and transformation pipelines using GCP tools and related technologies. • Ensure the performance, scalability and security of data infrastructures on GCP. • Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate data solutions. • Provide technical support to development and data science teams. • Keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations on Google Cloud, particularly in data management and machine learning. • Implement processes to ensure data quality, integrity and security within the GCP infrastructure. • Use tools such as Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager to automate GCP infrastructure management.

• Support the successful execution of civil construction projects by assisting the Estimating Team, Project Manager, Superintendent, and field teams. • Act as a critical link between the office and the field, coordinating technical information, documentation, schedule updates, and communications. • Assist the Project Manager with ongoing changes, issues, and project needs throughout the job lifecycle, ensuring alignment on schedules, scope, and project challenges. • Collaborate with the Project Manager and the Superintendent to maintain the project schedule, including the overall schedule and the three-week schedule on a weekly basis. • Bridge the gap between estimating and the course of construction by validating IFC (Issued for Construction) plans, quantities, and assumptions, including processing contract true-ups based on IFC drawings and field conditions. • Manage Submittal Process – compile, prepare, submit, track and ensure approval in a timely manner. • Manage RFI Process – work with Project Manager to prepare and submit RFI’s, track and ensure, closure in a timely manner. • Assist with material sourcing and procurement in coordination with the Project Manager and Estimator. • Support One-Call updates and dig permit coordination to ensure safe field operations. • Manage GPS topos including pre-construction, progress, and as-built surveys. • Compare GPS models (provided vs. actuals) to calculate and verify quantities. • Compile survey data and process it into usable information for project tracking and verification. • Maintain FAA Part 107 Drone License and conduct UAV operations as required. • Support layout, surveying, and quantity take-offs for materials. • Maintain project logs. (Quantity tracker, Submittal logs, RFI logs, etc.) • Assist with progress meetings, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
