• Contribute to the development of critical workflow infrastructure for major modeling systems, such as the Real Time Ocean Forecast System (RTOFS), the Global Forecast System and its ensemble counterpart, high-resolution applications like the Rapid Refresh Forecast System, and AI applications like the AI Global Forecast System. • Comprehend and adhere to operational computing standards in support of operational code deliveries. • Port workflows to new high-performance computing and/or cloud platforms. • Develop user interfaces that allow scientists to easily set up experiments that run parts of and/or the full workflow, including to enable experiments using only specified coupled components (atmosphere only, atmosphere - wave, etc.). • Conduct profiling of performance-critical model code and identify and implement performance improvements. • Maintain documentation standards that support community model development. • Incorporate modern software management practices like unit testing, continuous integration, documentation, and other agile development techniques, including as they pertain to the maintenance and modernization of legacy code. • Maintain and modernize the CMake-based build systems that EMC uses for their Earth system models. • Adhere to modern code management principles (Git repositories, including forking and branching; GitHub/GitLab features including continuous integration services).

• Design and develop web applications, mobile apps, websites, client portals, and internal tools using no-code platforms. • Customize pre-built templates to meet specific business requirements. • Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly across all devices. • Manage and maintain applications built on platforms such as Softr.io, Bubble.io, Webflow, Adalo, Glide, and others. • Optimize performance and scalability of no-code applications. • Integrate applications with various data sources like Airtable, Zapier, APIs, and other third-party services. • Automate workflows and processes to enhance efficiency using tools like Zapier or Integromat. • Implement user authentication features, ensuring secure access and data protection. • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. • Provide training and support to team members on using no-code tools and applications. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in no-code/low-code development. • Continuously seek ways to improve existing applications and processes.

• Design, develop, review, deploy and maintain iOS applications with a focus on performance, security, responsiveness, and exceptional user experience • Mentor and lead a team of off-shore iOS and Android developers - strong preference given for candidates with a background in iOS and Android development • Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, alliances/channel team, backend engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, scope, and deliver new features and enhancements • Write clean, maintainable code following Swift best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) • Conduct comprehensive testing including unit tests, UI tests, and debugging to ensure applications meet CrowdStrike's quality and security standards • Optimize application performance for speed, memory efficiency, and compatibility across iOS devices and OS versions • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring team members to elevate code quality • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to app performance, crashes, functionality, and third-party integrations • Integrate with backend services using RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data communication • Stay current with iOS ecosystem updates (SwiftUI, Combine, async/await), Apple guidelines, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. • Staying current with Android ecosystem updates will also be required for this role as the application is supported in both • Understanding with Android ecosystem updates (Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Hilt), Material Design guidelines, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. • Contribute to technical planning, including effort estimation, sprint planning, and architectural decisions
