• Design, develop, review, deploy and maintain iOS applications with a focus on performance, security, responsiveness, and exceptional user experience • Mentor and lead a team of off-shore iOS and Android developers - strong preference given for candidates with a background in iOS and Android development • Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, alliances/channel team, backend engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, scope, and deliver new features and enhancements • Write clean, maintainable code following Swift best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) • Conduct comprehensive testing including unit tests, UI tests, and debugging to ensure applications meet CrowdStrike's quality and security standards • Optimize application performance for speed, memory efficiency, and compatibility across iOS devices and OS versions • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring team members to elevate code quality • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to app performance, crashes, functionality, and third-party integrations • Integrate with backend services using RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data communication • Stay current with iOS ecosystem updates (SwiftUI, Combine, async/await), Apple guidelines, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. • Staying current with Android ecosystem updates will also be required for this role as the application is supported in both • Understanding with Android ecosystem updates (Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Hilt), Material Design guidelines, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. • Contribute to technical planning, including effort estimation, sprint planning, and architectural decisions

• Develop features and architectural components. • Ensure the quality of the team's delivery through code reviews, static analyzers, and automated tests. • Participate in business rituals, and assist in the technical detailing of the solution. • Support the structuring of Continuous Delivery by promoting technical discussions and raising important points for the solution. • Assist the team in their individual career progression. • Work with a focus on results, serving as a reference for the team.

• Own product feature development from specification to successful launch to iterating until it meets the metrics we are trying to reach. • Building integrations into new field service management systems (FSMs - our customers’ system of record) to expand Mura’s total addressable market. • Work on infrastructure improvement projects, like speeding up our CI or deployment process. • Periodically handle on-call duties to make sure we never have extensive downtime for our customers.

• Lead the expansion into the HarmonyOS Next ecosystem. • Spearhead the development of applications using the ArkTS language and ArkUI framework. • Define the standards for how the team builds for the next generation of mobile hardware.
