Role Description As an Account Executive at Flossy, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — with a focus on driving new business from dental practices and groups. You’ll partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless experience for prospects and customers. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth startup where you’ll make a direct impact on shaping our sales process, customer relationships, and revenue growth. - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads. - Deliver compelling product demonstrations of Fiona, tailored to the needs of dental practices and groups. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction. - Track and forecast pipeline, activity, and results using our CRM. - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Represent Flossy at industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and build relationships. - Provide market and customer feedback to Product and Leadership to help shape our roadmap. Qualifications - 3–5 years of sales experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related field (startup experience a plus). - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Strong presentation and demo skills, especially with non-technical buyers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from the ground up. - Self-starter with high energy and a passion for helping customers succeed.
