About Flossy Flossy is building the future of dental office operations through Fiona, our AI dental receptionist. About the Role This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to have real ownership over a fast growing AI voice product. You will be responsible for overseeing the product execution for Fiona, an AI Dental Receptionist, and the underlying systems that connect with individual dentist offices. As an early member of the team, you’ll help shape our product, design, and culture as we scale. Key Responsibilities Product Development: Work closely with Senior Management to create and own the product roadmap for Fiona Own the visual design of Flossy HQ Own the audio design of all of the Fiona conversations Work directly with engineering to execute and launch additional features and product improvements Own customer research and feedback Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and product improvements. Qualifications Excited to work at a small company in growth mode with very little process. Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving technical challenges. Experience at a small (less than 20) person startup Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal. Bonus: Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with dental practice management systems. Role Description As an Account Executive at Flossy, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — with a focus on driving new business from dental practices and groups. You’ll partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless experience for prospects and customers. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth startup where you’ll make a direct impact on shaping our sales process, customer relationships, and revenue growth. - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads. - Deliver compelling product demonstrations of Fiona, tailored to the needs of dental practices and groups. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction. - Track and forecast pipeline, activity, and results using our CRM. - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Represent Flossy at industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and build relationships. - Provide market and customer feedback to Product and Leadership to help shape our roadmap. Qualifications - 3–5 years of sales experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related field (startup experience a plus). - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Strong presentation and demo skills, especially with non-technical buyers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from the ground up. - Self-starter with high energy and a passion for helping customers succeed.
