Sales Director US (Public Sector/Law Enforcement)

Role Description As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building TRG’s US government business from the ground up. You will define and execute the initial go-to-market strategy for the US public sector, covering federal and state & local (SLED) law-enforcement and intelligence customers. This role requires someone comfortable operating with ambiguity, opening doors, creating pipelines from zero, and shaping how TRG sells in the US. - Build the US public-sector sales motion from scratch, including territory definition, target accounts, and initial pipeline - Drive market penetration and first wins across federal and state & local law-enforcement agencies - Lead complex, long-cycle public-sector sales processes, from first contact to deal closure - Close new business and onboard early US customers for Intellectus, TRG’s intelligence platform - Develop and refine US-specific value propositions aligned with investigative, intelligence, and law-enforcement use cases - Establish and manage initial partner and agent relationships in the US market - Navigate procurement environments typical to the US public sector (direct sales, pilots, evaluations, RFPs, etc.) - Work closely with product, pre-sales, and leadership to shape the US go-to-market approach - Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in federal and SLED organizations - Lay the foundation for a scalable, repeatable US sales process over time Qualifications - Proven experience selling to US government or law-enforcement customers, at the federal and/or state & local (SLED) level - Demonstrated experience in market entry, early-stage sales, or building a territory from zero - Background selling intelligence, investigative, analytics, data fusion, OSINT, surveillance, or law-enforcement technology solutions - Ability to operate independently and create momentum without an existing pipeline or brand presence - Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder public-sector deals - Familiarity with US public-sector procurement and buying dynamics - Strong communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills - Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and high ownership - Team player with a strong can-do attitude - Fluent in English (spoken and written) Benefits - Working from home - Flexible hours - Yearly performance bonus - Paid medical insurance - Daily lunch allowance - Sport/Gym (Exercise) allowance - Udemy unlimited subscription - Onboarding plan and training - Equipment support - No dress code - Gifts and rewards for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal milestones - Happy hours, coffee time, online team building, company events, and much more - Fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and tea at the office
