Role Description Ambient Enterprises is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service Trainer to lead training and functional support initiatives across newly acquired and existing business units. This role will focus on ensuring that sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams are fully trained and supported in utilizing Dynamics CRM and Field Service applications effectively. In addition to training responsibilities, the Trainer will assist with testing new system features before they are deployed to the broader user community. This position requires substantial travel across the United States to deliver in-person training and support sessions.
