Senior Web Developer
PandaDoc
• Architect the future of pandadoc.com: Lead the full-stack development of our marketing site using Next.js, Vercel, and Contentful. You will own the codebase, ensuring it is performant, scalable, and maintainable. • Enable high-velocity experimentation: Build the technical foundation that allows the marketing team to accelerate learning through high-impact experimentation. Implement A/B testing frameworks and personalization logic to optimize conversion rates across the user journey. • Drive innovation on the web: In line with our product roadmap, find ways to embed intelligent experiences directly into the web journey, automating personalization and creating unique interactive experiences for visitors. • Scale our Content Operations: Manage and optimize our Contentful implementation. You will design flexible content models that empower the marketing team to ship campaigns and landing pages independently without constant developer intervention. • Optimize for Performance & SEO: Own the technical health of the website. Relentless focus on Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical SEO implementation to ensure we capture maximum organic traffic. • Bridge the gap: Act as the technical translator between the Marketing and Product Engineering teams, ensuring our web stack aligns with the broader company technology vision while serving the specific agility needs of the marketing organization.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Deep expertise in the modern React ecosystem: Next.js (App Router experience is a plus), React, and TypeScript.
- Proven experience scaling Contentful or similar Headless CMS platforms in a complex marketing environment.
- Expert knowledge of Vercel for deployment, edge functions, and middleware.
- Strong understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and Technical SEO.
- Experience integrating marketing tools (Google Analytics, Segment, A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO).
- Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM integration in web applications.

• Design and implement frontend systems in React and TypeScript, with attention to performance, accessibility, and maintainability. • Own the front of the frontend: design tokens, CSS architecture, and the tooling that makes styling scalable and consistent. • Establish and evolve testing practices that catch real bugs without creating brittleness—favoring tests that support refactoring over tests that fight it. • Contribute to backend services in Go, building APIs and integrations that support frontend needs. • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to shape features from early concept through delivery, building in narrow vertical slices that deliver value continuously. • Drive frontend architecture decisions, balancing trade-offs between developer experience, optionality, performance, and business impact. • Improve automation, CI/CD, and observability for frontend systems, enabling faster iteration and more reliable releases. • Mentor engineers and establish standards—proposing them quickly, building consensus, shipping them, and evolving them thoughtfully when circumstances change.
