• Serve as technical and project management lead for assigned Professional Services projects • Lead integration strategy architecture, design, and implementation across complex client environments • Develop, test, and implement application integrations in alignment with defined scope and client requirements • Manage project scope, timeline, and client communication with minimal supervision • Identify and mitigate technical risks and delivery issues proactively • Ensure smooth transition to support at project completion • Serve as a technical resource for support, sales, marketing, training, and product management teams on an as-assigned basis • Act as liaison between the sales accounts team and product end-users, ensuring awareness of opportunities, risks, and overall customer satisfaction • Participate in product QA testing and feedback cycles to support continuous product improvement • Contribute to Professional Services Continuous Improvement initiatives as requested • Participate in formal education program curriculum development, content creation, training delivery, and certification evaluations as needed • Demonstrate advanced and consistent use of AI tools to improve personal delivery efficiency, including integration design, technical documentation, risk identification, and client communications • Actively share AI best practices, workflows, and lessons learned with peers and junior staff • Identify opportunities where AI-assisted approaches can improve integration design, testing, or implementation workflows and bring recommendations to PS leadership • Contribute proven AI-driven efficiency improvements to the PS knowledge base
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in an IT or Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience of 5–10+ years
- 10+ years of experience in software implementation, healthcare integration, and project management preferred
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred
- Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and technical outcomes
- Experience in healthcare IT integration required
