• Support the development and grid integration of advanced distributed energy resource (DER) solutions by building, validating, and maintaining high-fidelity power system models • Conduct steady-state and dynamic simulations to evaluate interconnection performance • Benchmark models against hardware results • Optimize system behavior to meet evolving grid standards • Develop clear technical documentation and user guidance to support customers and internal teams • Work closely with cross-functional engineering groups to contribute to innovation in renewable energy and energy storage technologies and stay current on emerging modeling tools, methodologies, and industry requirements

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Specification Representative (ESR) to accelerate growth in the data center and related infrastructure markets across the US and Canada. This ESR is a proven demand driver with deep knowledge of the building and construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling on architects, engineering firms, owners and general contractors involved in specifying data center projects, with the key objective of ensuring PPG coatings are specified. The ESR will be instrumental in building customer intimacy throughout the contract chain, identifying key decision makers, ensuring PPG products are specified in project designs, and supporting commercialization at the fabricator and applicator levels. This role demands a strong project manager with excellent relationship-building skills, engineering and technical expertise, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders to drive increased specification of PPG coatings. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including asset owners, architects, engineering firms, general contractors, fabricators, and applicators. - Identify key decision makers in contract chain to influence coatings selection process. - Drive specifications of PPG products by influencing design and procurement decisions early in the project lifecycle. - Promote PPG's Certified Applicators to key decision makers in contract chain who influence applicator selection. - Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless commercialization and delivery of solutions. - Provide project lifecycle support to fabricator and applicator partners, including post mortem reviews and future project pipeline opportunities. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Remote Broadcast Engineer to implement and maintain world-class video production, streaming, and broadcast systems. Ensures high quality video delivery across all platforms and provides critical technical support, training, and oversight during productions. Works with broadcast professionals and UF students to ensure a safe environment. Collaborates with the UF College of Journalism’s Division of Media Properties and Technology Advancement Group. This position requires the incumbent to have technical expertise in video signal flow, encoding, and live production workflows; strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills; be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; work independently and as part of a collaborative team; multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds; and work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
