Role Description CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Program Manager to join a fast-paced and hard-working team to assist with any legal accounts. As an eDiscovery Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio. Skills and attributes for success: - The Contractor shall provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support to include, but not limited to the following activities: - Oversee all administrative logistical support for the contract, including notifying the Government of schedule changes, work assignments, and coverage. - Document daily tasks and work location changes. - Ensure that daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff. - Coordinate all administrative activities associated with the arrival of new contract staff with the appropriate FBI security, IT, and other administrative units. - Mentor and assist new team members to perform daily tasks. - Promptly and thoroughly address any performance or personnel issues that arise within the contracted staff. - Manage client expectations and deliverables and clearly and timely communicate with clients. - Initiate process improvement initiatives. - Facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across internal and external stakeholders. - Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support the full life cycle management of the resources assigned to the program and contract. - Participate in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives. - Assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks. - Develop and track clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. - Assist with providing information sought by clients that are relevant to support Change Requests and Contract Modifications. - Oversee and monitor all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and procedures. - Review system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. - Review and report technical assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope project. - Oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processes. - Oversee and monitor the system administration of Microsoft Exchange - 2019 and 2022. - Oversee and monitor the administration and support of Microsoft Windows server 2016/2019/2022 in a large physical and virtual infrastructure. - Oversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories. - Oversee and monitor Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS), and network architecture. - Comply with contract terms and conditions; work collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables. - Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements and priorities as identified by OGC Leadership. - Formulate and enforce work standards; assign contractor schedules. - Present and communicate instructions, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of analysis to non-technical audiences. - Work collaboratively with the COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverables. - Provide the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of future tasks. - Plan, organize, direct and support all activities identified in the contract. - Ensure conformance with RFQ schedules and costs. - Monitor employee performance and productivity. - Develop and implement training programs and remedial actions as necessary. - Review work discrepancies. - Prepare, review and submit required reports and communicate policies, purpose, and goals of the organization to subordinates. - Be responsible for the overall RFQ performance and quality assurance. - Provide timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel, and ODCs, if any. - Ensure that program/project schedule, performance, and deliverables are met. - Maintain a qualified and certified, as appropriate, Contractor workforce to meet the Government’s needs under this RFQ. - Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling, and management of the Contractor personnel consistent with priorities and assignments by the OGC program. - Assist in all project management task performance. - Resolve problems, issues, or conflicts, as required. - Prioritize tasks and assignments to Contractor workforce based on Government’s direction and best practices. Process & Operations - Help ensure the highest level of quality for all project deliverables by coordinating and managing quality assurance checks and review cycles. - Responsible for creating and maintaining clear project documentation, including project plans, resource forecasts, issue and task logs and status reports.​​​​​​ Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience within consulting or professional services - 4+ years experience directly interacting with clients - Familiarity with digital experience disciplines such as Analytics, MarTech, CX Strategy, Experimentation, or Tag Management. - PMP certification preferred. - Proven success delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments. - Experience in resource planning, forecasting, and multi-team coordination. - Strong critical thinking, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear plans. - Deep experience with Confluence/JIRA (or similar tools like Asana, Monday, ClickUp). - Experience with Microsoft Project or similar PM tools. - Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment. - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. - May require additional background checks for work with government clients.
