Site Manager
Revpanda Group
• Publish web pages and blog content to websites built with WordPress and other content management systems • Update website content to help achieve search engine optimization, paid advertising, and other digital marketing objectives • Manage content integrity and ensure that all links remain active and accurate • Update and optimize existing content in accordance with any changes we introduce • Support tickets are created and followed up on with IT, Digital, and external third-party resources to resolve outstanding site issues • Site is reviewed on a regular basis and changes are made as needed to ensure consistency • Add formatting, headlines, and hyperlinks to finished content using content management system (CMS) tools and HTML • Find and update broken links, outdated images, formatting errors utilizing crawl tools • Work closely day to day with project managers and collaborate with teammates to prioritize daily tasks and projects to ensure high-quality, on-deadline content deliverables to all stakeholders • Being proactive in sharing ideas for any site improvements needed
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency setting is a plus
- Working knowledge of WordPress (the more themes you’ve worked with, the better), HTML, CSS is an advantage
- A keen eye for web aesthetics and design best practices
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with little supervision while prioritizing a variety of tasks and meeting deadlines is a must
- Interest in digital marketing and the opportunity to grow within the company
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Bachelor’s degree in IT and knowledge of PHP is a plus
