Role Description The candidate will be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer/Analyst with Field Service background. The CRM Developer will work closely with Business Process Owners and IT resources in defining and implementing requirements specific to proposals, projects, and supporting post go-live systems. This role is 100% remote but candidate must reside in the US Key Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to migrate a Microsoft CRM Dynamics V9 application to Dynamics CRM Online - Maintain, manage, and design MS Dynamics CRM application - Perform Microsoft Dynamics CRM plug-in development using XRM Toolkit - Design, create/implement, maintain RESTful Web Services using C# and Azure SQL Server - Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, design documents - Participate in sprint planning activities, daily stand-ups and closing ceremonies - Customize and optimize CRM SQL Server database applications in support of business functions - Provide front-end Dynamics CRM development capabilities - Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment - Implement on-demand workbooks to deprecate legacy workbooks and save them to SharePoint - Execute processes for designing and configuration of software solutions as per client requirements - Suggest updates and methods relevant to system architecture components and changes through research to migrate on-premise CRM environment to CRM online and legacy C# applications Qualifications - Proficient in using Microsoft CRM Dynamics development tools - Experience migrating a Microsoft CRM Dynamics V9 application to Dynamics CRM Online - Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics workflows and data structures - Has customized the out-of-the-box Microsoft CRM Dynamics solution - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent - OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree plus 5 additional years of relevant experience Requirements - US Citizens only (no dual citizenship) Benefits As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
